Shipping information

Here at signs2suit we pride ourselves on a fast reliable delivery services.
You can also specify pre 12, pre 10:30am, pre 9:30am and Saturday deliveries for a small price premium. Please note that all deliveries require a signature and it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address has a person available to sign for the goods.

Shipping cost start from £8.00+vat this covers most goods.
Shipping is free for orders over £350 excluding vat.

If you need to return a product

Simple and straight forward returns policy

  • All RMA's (returns) are valid for 7 days only
  • Ship back to us at your cost, we ship replacements or repaired product to you free of charge
  • All returns must have an RMA number. Please e-mail us for a RMA number. Goods without an RMA number will be refused.

You are responsible for shipping product back to us; we suggest using insured and traceable services

Your right to cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the products are dispatched, without charge. Once the products have been dispatched to you, you may return any product to us for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Contact with us must be made within 7 working days of receipt of the order.
• Returned items must be in stock condition - unmarked, unopened and undamaged. All factory seals must be intact.
• Goods that you believe to have been damaged in transit need to be reported to us within the first 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
• Restocking Fees will only be charged if the returned goods do not come within the distance selling regulations.

Faulty: (First 30 days)
This is subject to the following conditions:

• Contact must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
• If returning the product for a refund, it must be returned including all original packaging and box contents.
• If returning the product for a replacement, we will not despatch the new unit until the faulty product has been received at our warehouse. If you need a replacement unit sooner than this, please place a second order and we will refund the first on receipt of the returned items.
• Certain faults are not covered under warranty, physical damage or any sign of misuse to a unit or any fault caused by improper use is not covered, in such cases we may reject the returned goods.
• In cases where an item was returned as faulty but no fault could be found, or it showed signs of misuse we would return the item to you and reserve the right to charge a testing fee*.
