how can i remove my old vinyl graphics?
Depending on how long the graphics have been applied for its reasonably easy to remove them with a heat gun or hair dryer but your need to remove any glue with a tar / glue remover or something similar. But if you feel your not up to it please just give us a call.
how long will the graphics last on my vehicle?
For most of our work we use 5-7 year grade vinyl but that doesn’t mean it will start falling off after 7 years as long as you look after it should last the lifetime of the vehicle but would obviously depend on were the vehicle was parked most of the time for example in direct sunlight, under trees or near the sea these elements will always effect the lifetime of vinyl but nothing to really worry about.
what do you need from us when suppling a quote?
As much detail as possible really, For a shops we would need location the type of signage your after and sizes if you know them and any design ideas you have. For Vehicles we would need the vehicle make and model also length LWB SWB etc. and the year plus any design ideas you have we can then set out designs on a vehicle template for your proof. For banners just need the size and the artwork if we need anything else from you we will always ask.
will your sign company meet all our needs?
With over 27 years under our belts we certainly would hope so but if its something we cant help you with we will definitely point you in the right direction of a company that can if it will save you money.
do you come to site or do we need to come to you?
It goes without saying if its a shop signage or industrial unit signs etc. we would of course come to site to fit the signage and do any site surveys. Vehicles graphics we would preferer to do them from our site but if we need to come to site we will. Most design work and proofs are done by email so very easy process and we will work with you till we get it looking just right. Banners, flag signs, pavement signs etc. can all be collected or posted to your address.
do you offer any guarantee ?
All signage we supply and fit comes with 28 days guarantee which covers faulty products or materials we will repair or replace whatever is needed but all of the design aspects will be signed off by you so anything like color, type face, wrong phone number etc. changes needed after manufacturing or fitting will be at your expense any mistakes we made that is different to what you signed off on we will cover and put right at our expense.
Do you work within local regulations policies ?
Yes we work within local regulations and apply for any work permits we need and comply with all health and safety requirements we need to. Always putting the clients and publics safety first if we need to start early or work late for extra safety we will. We have public liability insurance for your piece of mind .
